Samal, Bataan sits along the Roman Superhighway between Abucay and Orani — around 10 minutes from our Bellecitta Orani community and roughly 2 to 3 hours from Metro Manila via NLEX and SCTEX. Balanga City, the provincial capital, is a short drive south for hospitals, malls and schools.
Expected pricing
Final price lists are not yet released. As a guide, our Orani townhouses currently start at ₱1,637,400 (Bella) and ₱2,000,000 (Calina) — around ₱10,785 to ₱13,148 a month under Pag-IBIG financing. Samal pricing will be announced at launch; registered buyers get it first.
